With this program, customers will not receive a monthly billing statement and it will automatically be deducted monthly by either the 5th, 15th or the next business day from your bank account.

There will be a $5 reconnection charge for accounts that have been locked for non-payment.
There are NO pro-rated charges and no refunds for any reason for any account
Adjustments will not be made to existing service plans to reflect new dial up rates. Discount will be applied on anniversary date of 6 or 12 month plans.
Customers account can be terminated for violation of Acceptable Use Policy
